All work in business is dependent on decision-making ability. If you take the right decision and at the right time, it is good for your business. Some mistakes in business can end your business. To improve your decision-making ability, take it as a process, in which you have to follow many steps.

Separate route from any old business partner or acquire a new company. ....... Removing an old policy or staying at a particular policy.  Such decisions have to be taken by entrepreneurs to pursue business. It is often seen that business personnel can not assess their current situation correctly. And they take wrong decisions in a hurry.

Business issue :- The biggest problem comes in business design make-up, when you are not able to spot which point you are on and to what extent you have to limit yourself. Whatever your problem is, or whatever you want to do, write it down to see if this is the thing that you want to change through your decision? After understanding this, you understand your business very easily. 



problem solve :- Whatever problem you are having problems in business. Do not look at its symptoms only. You have seen the symptoms only then you know about the presence of the problem. You have to consider eliminating this problem. You have to see what is the reason for this? Write these reasons to yourself. With this you will understand what problems you have to deal with



Doubt :- Decision making in business comes the problem at the time when you get trapped in the "what if" situation. In this situation, you see and associate your every step with negative consequences. No one can take a decision. To avoid such a situation, consider the probabilities associated with these options in a rational way. Then you will be able to make a decision easily.



Discussion is necessary :- When taking a decision, it is a good idea to consult all the members of your team, because then you get opinions from many people. This process of decision making is not confined to the decision. You must also ensure effective implementation to improve it. Therefore, from time to time, continue discussing with the team on its implementation issue so that the process is successful till the end.



Think Solutions :- Once the problem and its reasons are clear, you can easily think about its solutions. Consider your existing options while thinking of solving. Considering these options, keep your goal in mind. Do not choose any option that wanders from your goal. During this time you can take help of your peers, but keep the goal clear.  When looking for a solution to the problem, look at each aspect of it carefully.



Clarity in Decision Making :- Working as a team, you face a lot of difficulties with decision making. The dilemma occurs when either the team members take a decision on their own, or wait for your acceptance for decisions. To avoid these situations, bring clarity in decision making. Team Members should know what decisions are in their possession and who are not. - 


   There are three types of decisions in this :- 


                             1. Minor decision :- There are a few decisions that your team members can take on their own. These decisions may be about changing their place of sitting, they may be able to adjust their vacation. Generally, these are minor decisions.



                             2. Medium decision :- The decision is in your knowledge. If there is a big project in front of the company, then some minor decisions also become medium. Then a project head can not take the decision to take a sudden leave.  



                          3. Major decision :- Decisions like setting a strategy for a project or making changes to an old policy will be in your hands. This is the major decision. You have to deal with any company, with whom you have to leave, these decisions will also be done by you. Do not tolerate inferior interference in this.
